Charlie Proctor is an American singer, songwriter, and recording artist from Cleveland, Ohio whose velvety but powerful voice is his lead instrument. Charlie’s sound mixes elements of singers like Jason Mraz’s blend of laid-back melodic pop with stylistic nods toward folk and soft rock with the sophistication and richness of classical music tones, having studied four years with the Cleveland Orchestra Children's Chorus. Charlie’s notable vocal performances are; duet with Jason Mraz (Frank D. Fixer) during the 2019 “Everything is Sound” concert at the world renowned Severance Hall in Cleveland, Ohio and duet with Broadway sensation Melissa Errico (Do Re Mi) with Cleveland Pops.
