Looking for BACKYARD BASH HOSTS this summer!
If you live in Northeast Ohio and have a space that fits a group comfortably (backyard, poolside, porch, barn, etc.) Charlie would love to play at your place!
HOST DETAILS:

SPACE – A space that will act as a stage with access to electricity and an intimate invite-only group of neighbors/ friends/family (backyard, poolside, porch, barn, etc.)

SET TIMES – Charlie will perform a 90-minute set with an acoustic guitarist and arrive half an hour before showtime to set up.

AUDIENCE/INVITATIONS – With these being hosted in your private space, all attendees are at your discretion – neighbors, friends, colleagues, family, etc.
Invitations are completely up to you – word of mouth, email, creating a private FB event, etc. Things to note:

Stress that space is limited and RSVP is required.

Describe (briefly) what a backyard concert is and how it works, including it’s a donation-based event.

Share your enthusiasm for the music—that’s the best way to draw an audience!

Send streaming, YouTube, and website links where people can sample the music and learn more.

DONATIONS – Charlie will be performing these shows based on donations. There is no minimum or maximum per attendee but please let guests know that donations are encouraged. As the host, be sure to direct attendees to the donation jar/basket either before and/or after the performance. Venmo and PayPal will also be accepted.

FOOD & BEVERAGES – Feel free to offer some drinks/snacks or invite attendees to bring some to share. No obligation – this is completely up to you.
